About that hard drive

A colleague at work tried a different way to get the hard drive working, unfortunately the hard drive crashed during the reformatting process. It seems to me that the laptop will end up in a trash bin which is not what I expected at all. My last resource is to call another friend who runs a computer shop and ask for his help. My goodness, it is so embarrassing!
